I’m based in Turin, Italy. My work spans backend architecture, data performance, payments, CRM integrations and applied AI. I’m most useful when a difficult problem needs someone to investigate it, make a defensible decision and follow through.
My career began with freelance development in 2014. Since then, I’ve worked in engineering teams and directly with clients, including a full-time Toptal client engagement where I progressed to technical team lead.
AI helps with the work. Judgment remains mine.
I use AI tools for implementation and investigation, while checking their suggestions against code, tests and observed behavior. The Apple Pay case explains why that distinction matters.
